I don’t work with trauma, I work with human beings.

I don’t work with trauma, I work with human beings.

I find the word trauma itself can be traumatizing as it can be such a loaded word.

And I’m getting very tired of hearing this word trauma. Trauma this, trauma that. It’s becoming a fad, the fad is  really just the talk of trauma and what is being talked about is only a small part of the larger story.

With my clients I have been shifting out of the word trauma and into the phrase “unprocessed life experiences.” (or ULE) And isn’t that what it is?

How liberating to know that it’s just a part of our life that has yet to be processed, and can be dealt with at some other time when we have agency and support for that.

I hope all beings have the chance to process their life experiences that for one reason or another have not been processed fully.

If we get the chance to work on a ULE together I would feel quite privileged and honored to be a part of the positive change in your lived reality.

🙇🏼 ❤️
