Online Sessions

Whether for Rolfing, Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Healing or other,
Online Sessions with Andrew are tailored for your specific needs.

What Are Online Sessions with Andrew like?

From the onset of Covid-19 and all that was a fallout from it, many find ourselves staying inside and distanced from people more. Our normal lives have changed, but for many the injuries, pains, and stuckness that was there before Corona has not changed. For many it has gotten worse or new patterns have been created.

And we either learn to deal with it, ignore it or seek a change.

For the last part, that is where I come in.

By working together we are able to begin to unlock the patterns that led you astray, be it body, mind or soul.

By combining my many years of experience with my vastly diverse studies, I’ve developed ways of working to help people move better, feel healthier and be more whole.

Sessions are usually a blend between yoga, discussion, meditation, contemplation/awareness practices, mindful movement and other tools I’ve learned over the years.

Each session is uniquely you, and we’ll build on from what we’ve worked with previously and also with what is showing up today.

“Online sessions with Andrew have been really fantastic on many levels. Even though there is a physical distance, it doesn't feel so because of his approach, warmth and engagement. Through his phenomenal in-depth knowledge of the human body and systems combined with extensive experience, intuition and a passion for helping, Andrew has been able to 'hit the spot' and support me through whatever challenges I have been facing (which can vary each week!).  I especially love his holistic approach which includes advice on tackling re-alignment across aspects from practices, movement, stretching and breath-work, to understanding the root causes and taking supportive measures - for example tweaking aspects of the physical environment at work / home. If you have felt a calling to check out Andrew's work, I would really recommend giving a session online (or in person) a go - there are elements of awesomeness which happen in his sessions that one can't quite put into words!“ - ZJ, client working both in online and in person sessions.

What is needed from the client?

* Sessions are offered via zoom (other video services can be used if preferred). Zoom can be downloaded for free and run on your phone, tablet or laptop.

*
A decent internet connection is recommended so we can communicate fluent and easily.

* Clothes you could move easily and comfortably in. Some sessions may be mostly sitting, others may require more movement.

* A welcoming space where you can sit, move and live down in. A chair or pillows can be helpful for sitting. A yoga/exercise mat helpful for moving and lying down.

*
One of the most needed suggestions is the ability to be open. Open to express and also to listen. Open to exploring the inner and outer architecture of you and your reality. Open to be surprised.
