Through his phenomenal in-depth knowledge of the human body and systems combined with extensive experience, intuition and a passion for helping, Andrew has been able to ‘hit the spot’ and support me through whatever challenges I have been facing (which can vary each week!). I especially love his holistic approach which includes advice on tackling re-alignment across aspects from practices, movement, stretching and breath-work, to understanding the root causes and taking supportive measures – for example tweaking aspects of the physical environment at work / home.
